Our products are customised and can be returned ONLY for manufacturing defects in which case we will be responsible for the shipping costs.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately in case of manufacturing defects or wrong items.
Refund
We will notify you if the refund was approved and you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method.
Please remember it may take some time for your bank or credit card compact to process and post the refund too.
